WRENCHLESS DIAL-IN OFF-CONTACT PRINT ARM

Place the frame in the screen clamp and secure with the hand knobs. Gently run your fingertips over the screen surface checking for uniform contact with the shirtboard at the four corners. To make the off contact and screen angle adjustments follow these steps.

1. Loosen both off contact lockdowns as well as the screen angle lockdown. These lockdowns are ratchet handles; just pull the handle up to release and turn the handle.
2. Dial in the off contact independently on each side to the desired off contact distance at the rear of the screen.
3. Tighten the two off contact lock downs.
4. Now that you have set the off contact distance at the rear of the screen you can use the screen angle adjuster to do the front. Use the single adjuster to raise or lower the front edge of the screen, so the screen is uniformly off contact at all four corners.
5. Lock down the screen angle adjustment. 
   
   

Now you can go ahead and make the micro adjustments for screen location.

1. Fine tune the registration by loosening the top ratchet handles and utilizing the micro rod end adjusters to dial in the screen location.
2. There are two Y-axis rod end assemblies for in, out and rotation adjustments, and one X-axis adjuster for lateral movements.
3. After the screen is dialed perfectly into registration tighten the ratchet handles.
